Course Description: The course begins by explaining the real purpose of HR and showing how it fits into the fabric of the company. It then goes on to demonstrate the organisational framework required to make HR effective and identify the key risks HR are trying to control. It concludes by examining the key administrative controls you would expect to find in HR with an emphasis on remuneration, pensions and recruitment.
Target Audience: The course is suitable for those who need to audit the HR function or set up a risk management framework to control the HR function from an operational risk perspective.
Course Length: Four modules, each approx. 45 minutes.
