In preparation of changing regulations, we will be keeping you abreast of what you need to know and how you and your company stay compliant. E-learning and classroom based course on the new Substance Structure Requirements will soon be available.

New Course - Financial Intelligence

Authored by Grahame White, a former senior officer at the National Terrorist Financial Investigations Unit and New Scotland Yard, this unique 1hr course draws on actual evidence collected during some high profile terrorism cases. The course highlights the need for banks to undertake more transaction monitoring and run algorithms that results in red flag alerts.

New Services

We are working closely with our partner Salvus Data on a number of large projects to deliver bespoke GDPR and data security solutions for a number of clients. As of February 2019, we will be offering a new service to deliver Compliance Health Checks, Corporate Governance Reviews, Directors Duties Training and Remediation Projects. Recognising that prevention is better than cure, our aim will be to protect you and your company against key compliance and governance risks.

The Team
